Cloth diapers are all very easy. I’m a fan of pocket diapers as they dry quicker than AIOs and a person can vary their absorbancy as needed. A great reference page for learning where to start and the how-to stuff is https://diaperpages.com – there are even tutorials with photos!
I dislike pocket diapers – something about the stuffing and unstuffing drives me crazy. AIOs dry super fast if you get the quick drying soaker pad – and they’re so easy to use.
