Lately I’ve been on the lookout for a cute little change purse that I can toss into my diaper bag when I head out to the playground; something lighter than the eight-ton monstrosity known as my busting-at-the-seams wallet, and slightly more impervious to leaky bottles.I’ve found what I’m looking for in the Kyoto Coin Purse at Elsewares, one of our favorite sites for indie design.

Made by Queen Bee Creations (loving the name!) out of their studio in Portland, the purse is chic, it’s handcrafted out of durable vinyl, and it’s less than 20 bucks. Which means you’ll have some cash leftover to actually put inside it. –Liz
