I’m all foralphabet artwork, but it’s always bugged me that the images are of things kids will most likely (and sometimes hopefully) never encounter in their daily lives. Never seen an alligator on the street, not even once. And certainly not a yodeler. That’s why I was so taken with Lea’s Alphabets, created by fine art photographer Gregoire Ganter. It features real life alphabet letters and corresponding images, all taken from streets and signs around the world. This is not a poster, but a limited edition gallery-quality c-print available at Arte Bebe. And it will certainly look good in the nursery long after you’ve stopped calling it a nursery. Now that’s A for Awesome. -Kristen
