I’ve been looking for thank you notes that would be equally suited for job interviews, baby gifts, and preschool directors. (God help me).

Tall order, perhaps? Not once I discovered the lovely line of m: studio stationery from stationer Margot Madison.

Each box set of ten is perfect for minimalists like me who still want a bit of flair without going overboard. They’re sophisticated but not stuffy, charming but not cutesie. I especially love the Mandarin Damask style, featuring your name in a nice clean brown on a heavy, rounded-corner white card, with a contrasting orange damask both on the back and in the lining of the envelope. Plus Margot is a pleasure to deal with and it’s clear she really wants to make sure you’re happy with your order.

These are definitely the kind of cards that let your message be the star. Better make sure you proofread. -Liz

Congrats to Brooke who won her own personalized stationery
