Hip Hip Puree vegetable pureesI am a stubborn mom, so I am going to continue to put vegetables on my kids’ plate at every meal, but I am practical enough to realize that they aren’t always been ingested. My son has been known to slide his plate down the table at maximum velocity while shouting, “I no like dis salad!”

And because I’m an anti-scurvy type of mom as well, it does make sense to be a little bit stealthy sometimes. (Sometimes.) That’s where Hip Hip Puree comes in.

These convenient tubes of pureed, organic vegetables can be stored in the freezer and then added to dishes at your convenience. Each tube is 1/2 cup of veggies, making it really easy to accommodate any recipe. Add broccoli to your tomato sauce or some carrots to your meatloaf. We got crazy and tried one of the recipes on the site. My daughter was tickled to death that we made banana bread with cauliflower, and the rest of the family was pleased as well, including my son who had no clue that he was eating a vegetable.

The entire loaf was gone in a day. –Danielle
