One of the most amazing aspects of being speakers and attendees at the recent Mom 2.0 summit, a conference from the collaborative team of Kirtsy and The Tasteful Life, was the joy of attending the launch of the unbelievable Mom 2.0: Defining a Movement Art Exhibit. This exhibition was filled with gorgeous photos and interpretive art created by some of our favorite fellow bloggers and mothers, exquisitely capturing what it is to be a mother today.
We only wish you could have been there too.
Well now, you kind of can. Because every single piece is available for purchase in an eBay
auction with 100% of the proceeds going to Haiti Relief. It makes us cry almost as much as the initial rush of being surrounded by all that beauty. Yeah, we’re emotional. What can we say.
When you see the range of artwork, you’ll understand; there’s everything from photos of mothers and children, to abstracts and landscapes, to an amazing series of original design prints inspired by quotes from online authors.
So take a look, and make a generous bid, even thought starting prices are just $25. You’ve got eight days (and counting) to get your hands on a one-of-a-kind piece of art, and a lovely way to make a difference for those who still really really need it. -Kristen + Liz
