Milk nursingwearAs a long time breastfeeding mom, I tend to just pop on a nursing tank under a regular shirt and go on my merry nursing way. But that doesn’t mean I don’t appreciate the value of a great nursing top, particularly when I’m out in public or traveling. So I’m glad to have discovered a new one to add to my arsenal of breastfeeding shirts.

[don’t miss a great giveaway after the jump!]

The discreet and well-priced nursing tops designed by mom Elisa
Hartstein of Milk Nursingwear. are a smart addition to any breastfeeding mom’s wardrobe; whether you’re just looking for something comfortable and easy to use
when you’re out and about, or if you need stylish work clothes that don’t break your budget.

The designs are definitely for women not afraid of bright colors, and admittedly some of the styles are a bit traditional for my taste. But I do like
the roll-sleeve henley (shown), especially in brown for fall, because it’s something I’d wear even if I weren’t feeding a baby.

For this shirt, you just pull the inner panel over to
nurse; no pulling anything up, which is always a nice plus if you’re
just getting the hang of things. And the long styling ensures that your
belly and backside are amply covered as well – something that worried
me about 400 times more than any peeks at my chest. -Kristen
