JB, I have just moved from London. Yes, the typical thing is just to get wet in the rain. Sorry the British mothers were not able to help you!
Do you think this would work for my dear old granny and her walker? She’s always complaining that she can’t go out when it rains or she gets sopping wet. She’s on the other side of the continent from me so I can’t just buy it and keep it for me if it doesn’t work.
