INKnBURN running wear I suppose it’s not surprising that one of my favorite parts of running races, aside from the medal, has to be the Expo, where I can shop for all the coolest new running gear.

And that’s exactly what happened when I recently ran Disneyland’s Tinker Bell Half Marathon and discovered this new company that I thought you fitness mamas should know about.

INKnBURN is a California-based company that combines cool artwork with
tech fabrics to create running wear that’s as stylish as it is
functional. I was drawn to their women’s running shorts (pictured)
which I think are perfect for moms: leg openings that are a bit flowy which make
them super flattering and the wide waist band (that can be folded down
if you choose) which keeps your post partum belly in. In other words, no
muffin top. Add in the extra pockets and moisture-wicking fabric and you’ll never want to take them off.

They started out working specifically with endurance athletes, and still
test all their USA-made products on them, which means whether you’re
running a few miles or 26 miles, taking an exercise class or doing a
DVD, you’ll be comfortable. But let’s face it, I dig getting compliments
every single time I wear them. -Kristen

You can purchase INKnBURN running shorts on their website. They come in women’s number sizes and run just a bit small. If you’re usually on the bigger end of a size, I recommend going up to the next. And make sure to check out their matching arm sleeves, plus cool technical shirts for kids!
