I just love how Method keeps reinventing itself with new scents, limited edition designs, and now, an awesome new charity effort that helps show Method’s commitment to the fair treatment of animals.

Method has never animal-tested (one of the things we like about them), is totally vegan and cruelty free, and now they are offering new Designed for Good hand wash to help raise awareness about it. And presumably to exert a little nudge-nudge pressure on other bath and body brands to follow suit.

The packaging is adorable. My kids are begging for the bunnies hand soap, which has a citrusy-floral scent; but I’m liking the clean, springy Botanical Garden scent in the bottle with the cute little woodland creatures.

But the Designed for Good campaign is not just about “awareness,” which is what I really like. In fact, during the month of June, 15% of the purchase of all Method products on methodhome.com and soap.com will be donated to the ASPCA. It’s a charity effort they started back in March with Best Friends Animal Society and I’m glad to see it continue.

Plus a bottle on your sink equals good way to get conversations started with the kids about taking care of animals. –Liz

Look for the new new Designed for Good hand wash from Method and for the entire month of June, 2013, Method products purchased on Method.com or Soap.com will kick 15% to the ASPCA up to 40k. Nice.
