My kids were mouthers. You know, the kind who learned to crawl, then proceeded to put every single thing into their mouths for the next, oh, three years. So I can pretty much guarantee that CMP fave, innobaby, would have had a place of honor in my great bag of teethers I carried everywhere, if these new baby teethers had been around back then.
Their new line of fruit-themed Teethin’ Smart ez grip Massaging Teethers is totally adorable, even if the name is as much a mouthful as the teethers themselves. And with new colors for some of their older teethers too, mouthy babies and their parents will gobble them up.
I’m particularly enamoured with the cute grape teether. It’s got everything a little biter could want: Pretty, bright colors, tasty and bumpy grapes, an easy-to-hold grip, and a delightfully bite-able petal-shaped base. Plus, it’s beyond adorable. A perfect combination.
And not that I generally gave much thought to the teething toys that I bought back in the day, but it’s still kind of cool to know how much thought innobaby puts into making theirs: like designing them specifically to reach all parts of baby’s mouth, to be dishwasher safe, easy to grip and, believe it or not, they claim they’ll improve baby’s oral motor skills. Not that babies won’t put anything in their mouths at all.
