Thanks to the wonders of Photoshop and plastic surgery, I have become highly skeptical of ads touting any sort of miracle that comes in a bottle. With the combo of my mid-thirties and a perpetual sleep deficit, I’ve just come to label those purple bags under my eyes as punk rock. So you can imagine my surprise when a little glass bottle of eye serum made me pick up the mirror, move it into natural sunlight, and say the S word under my breath.

It’s no surprise that I’ve found another product to love from Blissoma, a woman-run company focused on nutrients, antioxidants, and advanced phytochemistry.  products are entirely without sulfates, parabens, emulsifying waxes, phthalates, or other “natural” ingredients that are actually far removed from nature. The products smell deliciously natural and healthy, and everything I’ve tried gives great results.

In fact, since sampling their skincare line for Cool Mom Picks, I have not used any facial soap besides Blissoma Clean Mature Moisture Facial Cleansing Bar, because it has effectively ended my adult acne.

Blissoma Bright Eye Serum review on Cool Mom Picks

But the Bright Eye Vitalizing Nutrient Serum really caught me by surprise because, quite simply, I no longer expect to see results from eye potions. And this natural eye serum definitely delivers. Within moments of applying a pump of brown serum, I swear my laugh lines disappeared and the purple bags de-puffed, thanks to active ingredients like vitamin C, natural oils like sea buckthorn and pomegranate, and organic herbs and botanicals. One pump is enough for both eyes, and the bottle should last for two months, which is well worth the $45.99 price tag for eyes this nice.

My eyes look so much better that I even treated myself to a new eyeliner pencil at Sephora. How’s that for “look at my eyes now.”

Find Bright Eye Vitalizing Nutrient Serum at Blissoma. I am also impressed with their creamy new Lavish Loving Recovery Beta Glucan Mask, which is great for combatting stress, inflammation, and annoying seasons that can’t decide if they’re winter or spring.
