Pharmaca delivers an eco-conscious, calming shopping experience. That’s a good prescription.

We’ve covered tons of smart skin care and beauty products, along with natural and organic products for babies and kids over the years. As in…tons. And so I’m really excited to discover so many of our favorites at Pharmaca, a natural, integrative pharmacy specializing in eco-conscious brands like the ones we already love and trust.

Pharmaca’s headquarters are in Boulder near me, and they have over two dozen brick-and-mortar locations from Washington State to New Mexico. (Sorry east coasters, but that’s what online shopping is for.) I explored their newest location in Colorado, and I had the best time pointing out all of the awesome products on their shelves that we’ve featured on Cool Mom Picks.

For the kids, I found sunscreen from TruKid,  Kiss My Facer and Supergoop; diapers and wipes, and skin and hair care from The Honest Company.

As for my own list, I loved seeing natural dish soap and laundry detergent, hand soaps from EOMethod, Mrs. Meyer’s, and CleanWell. Beauty brands we adore like WeledaEcoToolsBurt’s BeesAhava, and Dr. Hauschka are all stocked. And there are even the kinds of goodies you’d expect to find at a Whole Foods, like  Kids Konserve lunch containers, the gorgeous Earthlust water bottles we’re so fond of, and even teas like The Republic of Tea Be Well collection. It’s almost like they stocked their shelves based on Cool Mom Picks recommendations.

(No argument from us there.)

Some of the Pharmaca locations can also take care of more than your shopping list, with licensed aestheticians to wax your brows, teach you how to do a smoky eye, or answer skin care questions. If there isn’t a location near you, you can order plenty of items online.

The best part: they handed me a free cup of tea while I was waiting for a prescription to be filled. Can you tell I’m sold?
