Made of soft fleece by Philadelphia crafter Angelique Buckley, there’s nothing scratchy to bother sensitive kids who normally rip a hat off in five seconds flat. And the under-the-chin snap closure–which can be replaced by velcro on request–helps keep the hat atop their head no matter where they decide to toddle.
Coming in a menagerie of animal styles — including Brobee from Yo Gabba Gabba, just above — I love that the sizes run from newborn up to preschooler because this is the kind of hat you want every winter. The artist will even create custom orders for your Hello Kitty fan, or for a daughter who really wants her dinosaur hat to be bright blue.
