This year, I’m determined to get some of my home decor annoyances crossed off my to-do list and that includes finding a new comforter.
One problem.
I’ve been looking for a comforter that’s just the right shade of navy for a while now, and I haven’t been able to find it. Anywhere.

Their process is definitely all about luxury. Each batch of cotton is DNA tested (wha-aaaa?) evidently to ensure it is the very highest quality Supima. The thread is 100% biodegradable, no toxins, and every detail is well-considered down to the Swiss fashion house-sourced zippers.
Oh, and those perfect fitted corners use French seams.
In other words, these are way nicer than the sheets I’ve been picking up at Target .
But the real appeal of Flaneur’s bespoke bedding is the fact that you can select the exact custom color for your duvet or sheets, and just 10 days later your bed will be design perfection, whether you’re trying to match this year’s Pantone color, or you’re sentimental about having bedding the exact same color as that stone in your grandmother’s heirloom necklace.
Disclosure: I haven’t ordered my own set yet. Because, my kids need to eat this month. But I’m so in love with this idea.
