Is it too early to start thinking Christmas gifts yet? Well, not if you have your eye on something from one of our favorite Etsy shops, the mom and daughter-run The Brick Kiln. There's so much here that makes for charming, affordable holiday presents, but the catch is, they're not accepting custom orders after November 1. Such is the pitfall of popularity.
My top pick is easily the sweet personalized ornaments that you can customize with the name of a child, and even specify the hair color or go with a bald baby. Lovely gift for just $15.
If Christmas isn't your holiday, there are other holiday gift ideas at the shop including some really interesting jewelry, or the ceramic herb markers which could make your favorite cook very happy if you wrap them up with some small pots and assorted seeds.
But maybe the best part of shopping at the Brick Kiln now is getting half your list crossed off before November even starts. Is such a thing even possible? -Liz
