I am a longtime fan of the look of vintage prints and posters in a baby or child's room. But for those of us who don't have myriad hours to go trolling eBay or our local flea markets, Swedish artist Ingela P Arrhenius is creating beautiful posters with a mid-century flair, and they're accessible right from your laptop.
The vintage style posters are all so colorful and fun, I hardly know which I like best. Tonight On Stage
is such a cool gender-neutral choice that kids will like long after
they can read the words themselves. I also really adore the Friends poster, and its exquisite color palate right out of the Eames era.
Grab them at longtime CMP favorite L'Affiche Modern, and
order them all by their lonesome or mounted and framed. Even coming
from the land of croissants, the shipping on plain posters is somewhat reasonable.
Especially when I consider what it normally costs me to park at NYC's
flea markets. -Liz Find children's artwork from artist Ingela P Arrhenius and more online at L'Affiche Modern.
