I’ve had Paris on the brain lately. Leave it to Petunia Picklebottom to come out with new French-inspired prints on pretty new accessories and make me even more wistful. In fact, you don’t even have to be a mom to carry these.
The Strolling in St Germain fabric rounds out the gorgeous city print collection to make an even dozen. I love it on the new boxy diaper backpack from Petunia. It’s so beautifully classic and sophisticated. The crimson-and-navy coated cotton fabric coupled with hand-embroidered accents make it a piece reminiscent of some $400 scarf you might find on Rue St Honoré. It’s thoughtfully designed–even the straps are water resistant (Vas-t’en, leaky sippy cup!). You can also alternate between backpack straps to a classic messenger-bag shoulder strap.
The boxy backpack comes with pockets and extras galore. However, the roll-out changing pad is built right in. So while this doesn’t look at all like a diaper bag, if you’re past the diaper bag stage, you’re probably (or unfortunately?) better off with one of Petunia’s other bag styles.
Of course, if you adore the Strolling in St Germain fabric, it comes in loads of other accessories, like pretty travel cases, a wallet, an iPhone 4 case.
and holy cow, how gorgeous is that stroller bunting bag? It also looks pretty awesome in that Misted Marseille fabric, if you’re hankering for another region of France.
The best deal of the bunch: a $12 shopper tote. Even we Americans can afford that little bit of chic.
And now I’m dying for an almond croissant. –Liz

That German phone case is amazing, and that stroller looks adorable.
Good thing you shared these accessories. I also need them when I go out of the country next month.
Cute matching handbag and phone case! Seems like they would be perfect to travel around with :]
