And, bonus, all of these can be used to toast at any springy weekend meal with friends, you know, if you don't celebrate Easter or you find yourself hosting loved ones some other weekend soon. Top:  Speckled Egg Mimosa at Style Me Pretty | Agricole-Guava Cooler at Food and Wine   Let's get the Easter candy cocktail out of the way first. If combing booze and your favorite Easter basket treat is a must, at least keep it pretty, like with this Speckled Egg Mimosa at Style Me Pretty. The only thing is, I'd really encourage you to find edible flowers. I don't think this will have quite the same impact without them. Because, you know, then it'll just be candy in champagne. (Okay, that didn't make it sound bad, but I still think the flowers make it better.)   If you're into my suggestion to seek out edible flowers, you can also make this absolutely stunning Elderflower Cocktail with Edible Flower Ice Cubes at Eye Swoon. Both the ice cubes and cocktail are super easy to make once you find the flowers, which surprisingly enough, are often available at conventional markets and Trader Joe's this time of year. If you prefer, you can use the ice cubes in another cocktail or even in a mocktail so that everyone can get in on the fun.   If you all you need from an Easter cocktail is a pretty pastel pink hue, try this gorgeous and delicious sounding Agricole-Guava Cooler at Food and Wine. If you've never had it, rhum agricole has a lovely grassy flavor that pairs great with flowery sweet guava. If you can't find any, though, try substituting Cachaça. If you can't find that either, just go ahead and mix the rest of the ingredients up with whatever white liquor you have on hand. It won't be quite the same, but delicious nonetheless.

Mimosa Bar | Green Wedding Shoes

Mimosas are a must at a holiday brunch. Instead of customizing one to serve all of your guests, let them make their own with this clever idea for a mimosa bar that we found at Green Wedding Shoes. Just put out a bunch of fun, springy juices—guava, pineapple, lychee—and follow the rest of the directions for a fun way to serve make-your-own cocktails. Add sparkling cider or pear juice, and this becomes a mimosa mocktail bar, too!

Vodka Pear Lavender Lemonade | Sugar & Cloth

This Vodka Pear Lavender Lemonade that we found at Sugar & Cloth is a perfect spring cocktail. Bright, floral, refreshing, and just sweet enough, it's sure to get you and your guests excited about warmer weather, fresh blooms, and all the other good things that we have to look forward to with winter behind us. And if you hop on over to the recipe, you'll also find a lavender lemonade mocktail in case you love the sound of this, but want to skip the booze.
