You know I wouldn't leave you hanging without an easy Instant Pot brisket recipe option for Passover, especially for a time-intensive dish like this. Jill at This Old Gal has a fantastic collection of Jewish recipes on her site, including this his one-hour, three-ingredient Instant Pot brisket which saves time when preparing for Shabbat dinner. One of the ingredients: onion soup mix! And she points out that Lipton makes a Kosher for Passover onion soup mix too. Just note that Jill is sure to differentiate this recipe from her own Passover Brisket, which she makes traditionally, using prunes, apricots and carrots. But if you're okay veering from the traditional and could really use the ease of an Instant Pot recipe, check out the one above which is perfect for busy parents. As in, all of us, right?
