Celebrating Green Planet Parties' greening of the party scene
I've planned eighteen birthday parties so far for my three young children and each time, my eco-friendly heart feels a little sick to see the amount of trash left behind after the last guest leaves. The two moms from British Columbia who started Green Planet Parties felt the same way and decided to come up with an option for those of us who love to throw fun, festive birthday parties but also want to stay true to our environmental leanings.

Green Planet Parties carries just about everything I need to turn my home into party central, from pretty personalized cotton flag birthday banners to versatile reusable tablecloths. I adore the cool-looking biodegradable Earthen Palm Leaf plates made in India; after the party, I use them once more for crafts before sending them to the compost pile.

Green Planet Parties even has a wide assortment of cool party favors that can be sent home in one of their colorful reusable party bags. I know that all our little party guests will be thrilled to get a treat that doesn't fall apart as soon as they get home. And so will mama. -Christina

Find everything you need for a fun, environmentally friendly celebration at Green Planet Parties.
