The best advice for pursuing your passions and finding success. (Or at least we think so.)

One of the things I love about the Cool Mom Picks community is how entrepreneurial so many of you are. Every week we hear from bloggers finding their voices, start-up owners pursuing long-held dreams, mothers returning to work in new fulfilling ways, and of course all the artists turning their passions into businesses.

So I am absolutely thrilled to be contributing to the American Express Tumblr community, sharing tips and advice on how you can best pursue your passions.

I launched with the best career advice worth taking that I ever ever received myself--a lot of which has come from my own dad (who is awesome and helps people achieve career success for a living) as well as other wonderful mentors and bosses in my life.

Click over and you'll find more detail on each tip.

Be sure to go through the tumblr itself, which has gorgeous (pinnable!) infographics filled with advice and inspirations from contributors as diverse as Maria Popova from Brain Pickings, Richard Martin of FoodRepublic.com,and Dharmesh Shah, the Founder of HubSpot.

By the way, it isn't all about "jobs." Whatever your passion is, I bet youll find something that speaks to you here.

I sincerely hope the advice helps some of you the way it's helped me. And still does. -Liz
