This summer we’re seeing a new trend that — I’ll admit — I was skeptical about at first. But now, I’m hooked. Rose-colored sneakers are everywhere. In fact, I’m declaring them the new neutral. The pretty, soft color dresses up our jeans-and-a-tee outfits, and I might even follow my daughter’s lead and start wearing them with casual dresses for a sporty look.
So, here are 6 great rose sneakers I’ve found at some of my favorite shops, from Target to Barneys. A little something for every price range.

I love my Chuck Taylors as an everyday shoe with cropped skinny jeans or even a dress, so I geeked a little when I saw these rose pink Chuck Taylors at Nike with the funky waffle pattern on the fabric. Fun, on trend, and affordable. Sounds good to me. (on sale now, $44.97, Nike)
These perforated Adobe rose Carona slide sneakers by Sarto would be perfect for my upcoming beach trip, where I’ll want some shoes I can just slide on with a pair of shorts and a breezy tee. That said, the suede uppers means I’ll be wearing them to walk around the shops or go to dinner, not the pool. (on sale now, $53.96, Nordstrom) UPDATE: Nordstrom no longer has them in this color. You can find the Franco Sarto Carona shoes in Rose Suede at Zappos for $70.99)
These VANS-style rose colored slip-on sneakers at Target are a great affordable to way to get in on this trend. Or, maybe show your kids how on-trend you are by getting them these, then splurging on one of the pricier pairs for yourself. ($24.99, Target)

I love these sporty Gazelle Adidas sneakers in vapor pink. They’d look perfect with a pair of white jeans at my kids’ soccer games. ($79.95, Nordstrom)
These Paisley perforated tennis shoes in rose at Cole Haan take a sporty look and give it a stylish update with the fun pattern and leather detail at the back of the ankle. Plus, they’re one of the few pair we found and loved that are leather, not suede, giving it a more all-weather viability. ($150, Cole Haan)
Then, for the total splurge, I couldn’t resist sharing these street-chic Guiseppe Zanotti rose leather sneakers at Barneys. Although, I’ll be looking at them longingly from afar, because it’s either summer camp for my kids or these babies this summer. ($675, Barneys)
