Directions

1. Mash the banana on a plate. 2. Spread one slice of bread with one-third of the mashed banana. 3. Spread another slice with one peanut butter and sandwich together. Repeat to make two more sandwiches. 4. Whisk the eggs, milk, and honey together in a wide-bottomed bowl. 5. Place the first sandwich in the bowl for 30 seconds. 6. Flip it over, leave for 10 seconds, and put aside. Repeat steps 5 and 6 for the other 2 sandwiches. 7. Lightly grease the frying pan and put over medium heat. 8. Friday the sandwich for 3 minutes. (Don’t have the heat too high or I’ll burn). 9. Flip the sandwich over and fry for another 3 minutes. Repeat steps 7-9 for the other 2 sandwiches. 10. Carefully place each sandwich onto a plate, cut in half, and drizzle with honey. This cookbook is the perfect holiday gift for your little foodie, or for your entire family.
