Awesome socks that pay homage (or is it toe-mage?) to pioneers of STEM and art.

Our friends at Chatty Feet have done it again, updating their killer collection of artist and pop culture socks for kids and adults. I’m such a fan, I’m currently wearing Andy Sock-hole right now — but only because Feetaso is in the hamper.

Yay for their intro to STEM heroes! Stephen Hawking becomes Stephen Toeking. My favorite, Ada Lovelace is now aptly Ada Shoelace. And Albert Einstein, well he’s now Albert Einstoe.

(Clearly he’s better suited to physics than foot puns.)

There’s also a wacky Sigmund Freud sock but honestly, the satirical depiction freaks me out a bit; looks like he’s the one who needs the therapy.

I also love the new modern artist sock collection, with representations of Basquiat, Dali, Mondrian, Pollack and Hockney. Though, hello…a few women in there beyond Frida Kahlo would be nice. I bet they could do great things with Cindy Sherman, Barbara Kruger, Carrie Mae Weems, and Yayoi Kusama.
