I’m willing to dive into my sandal stash the second the mercury creeps above 50. But since this is my son’s first Spring as a walker, I’ve got no such stash for him to speak of.
So for the random warm early spring day in preparation for hot summer afternoons, try the boy sandal styles from UMI. They’re most definitely solid, hearty sandals designed with the hard-to-fit kid’s foot in mind. But the sleek European styles appeal to my picky, shoe-obsessed side too. There aren’t a huge variety of styles to choose from, but as moms of boys, we’re used to that.
I’d happily purchase any one (or three) of them for my son. I just hope I won’t have to put them back in the closet for too long. -Kristen
