What is it about vintage prints that I am so drawn to? Maybe it’s that the quirky quality, mixed with a nostalgic feel just make happy when I see them.
Now there’s an online shop that taps directly into that feeling an an extensive collection of vintage and retro-inspired imported Japanese fabrics.
[don’t miss a great offer after the jump]
Girl Charlee
was actually a child’s clothing boutique we adored, and mourned when it
closed, but now owner Heather Peterson has reopened its doors just for
you crafters and stitchers out there. I say “you,” as, sadly, I am not
one.
But I can imagine what cute baby clothes or cheery bedding the Happy Go Lucky or the German Buttons motifs would make.
They
get new items every day (as well as sell out of things every day) so be
sure to bookmark it and check in often. Oh, and they have tons of
“what’s left” remnants if you want to whip up a small pillow. Or
whatever it is you crafty women do.–Betsy
