I’m not even ready to think about back-to-school season yet, but it’s coming — and sooner than later for parents like me in the south! While I’ve never been the type of parent who attempts to learn Bento arts or make a panda bear rice ball for my kids’ lunch boxes, I do like the idea of sneaking a little something fun into their lunches. One easy — and still really practical — solution are the Napkids lunch box napkins that I just discovered.
Each napkin is printed on both sides with fun games or a space for you to leave a note to your kids. Fill it with a joke or just an encouraging pick-me-up.
I love that this gives my kids a little reminder in the middle of a long day that I’m thinking of them, but I also think that having a simple game like this right in your lunchbox is a really fantastic way to help kids at a new school make friends during that awkward lunch hour.
Because a quick game of Tic Tac Toe amongst new classmates can be a terrific ice breaker.
You can find packs of 50 Napkids napkins at select Kroger grocery stores or at our affiliate Amazon.
