Now that I'm starting to see corn at the farmer's market, I'm bringing this Sweet and Spicy Corn Pasta With Ricotta and Chives at Feed Me Phoebe back into rotation. It's perfect for this time of year and, of course, you can reduce the cayenne to keep it from being too spicy if neccessary.   Joy the Baker calls this recipe her best weeknight chicken dinner and we're fans. While I've been grilling up a storm, there's just something too perfect about a sheet pan meal like this on a busy summer weeknight. Peas are always easy, but if you have a few extra minutes, quick sauté zucchini or some other in-season veggie to give this a summery twist.

Is it just me, or do you eat more red meat in the summer too? I think it has something to do with burgers and grilled steak (you think?). Check out our tutorial on how to cook restaurant-style steak at home, then hit the butcher shop. All your steak will need on the side is a salad with my favorite simple vinaigrette and perfectly cooked corn on the cob.

Cherries will fall out of season before you know it, so be sure to make this Seared Salmon with Fresh Cherry and Charred Poblano Chopped Salad at An Edible Mosaic while you have the chance. Serve it with a side of fluffy, mild-tasting quinoa and a glass of rose sangria for a perfect summer meal.   During most of the year, Fridays are pizza night at my house. I tend to change things up in the summer, mostly because I like to grill and eat outside. This week, I'm bringing the two together with grilled pizza, which is one of my family's favorites. If you've never grilled pizza before, our guide on how to grill pizza has you covered. It includes recipes for both dough and simple pizza sauce if you need it.
