Weekly Meal Plan 138: 5 Easy Recipes + 1 Dessert Worth Trying

Weekly meal plan: Chicken Gyros at Mind Full Mom One of the first meals my son learned to cook on his own was chicken gyros, and they quickly became a family favorite with the kids. You can follow this chicken gyro recipe at A Mind "Full" Mom. She preps her chicken in a slow cooker, but a rotisserie bird will do just as well. Weekly meal plan: Chicken Parmesan Sliders at Saving Room for Dessert I have a feeling these chicken parmesan sliders at Saving Room for Dessert will quickly get added to your rotation of favorite meals. First, they are so incredibly easy to make. Second, you will not have any leftovers. Weekly meal plan: Stuffed Peppers at Fun Food Frolic These cheese-stuffed peppers at Fun Food Frolic are a perfect option for your #MeatlessMonday, or add some ground beef or chicken for a non-vegetarian version. They're one of my favorite ways to sneak more veggies into my kids' diet, whether I add the meat or not.

Weekly meal plan: Brussels Sprouts at Kylee Cooks Let's talk Brussels sprouts and bacon, because (yeah, yeah) even though this is technically Brussels sprouts with bacon and shallots, which is a side dish, I could most certainly eat this recipe from Kylee Cooks as my entire dinner. If you feel differently, go ahead and serve this as a side and just grill up an easy piece of chicken or fish to go with it. But I think it's a great, easy satisfying meal, perhaps with some grains on the side. Weekly meal plan: Air Fryer Hamburgers at Recipes from a Pantry Burger night always goes over well at our house, but this week I'm particularly intrigued by Recipes From a Pantry's Air Fryer Hamburger recipe. I haven't invested in an air-fryer quite yet, but I have to admit--this has me interested. And her post has tons of tips about how to use the air fryer, how to test for doneness, and how to adapt the recipe for frozen patties.  Bonus: Gluten-free! Weekly meal plan: Tiramisu Whoopie Pies at The Chunky Chef If you managed to make it through your Whole 30 diet this month, you resolution-makers, Friday marks the end -- and we say it's time for a little cheat celebration! (And hey, even if you didn't diet, we say treat yourself once in a while anyway.) These tiramisu whoopie pies from The Chunky Chef look like they'd satisfy that sweet tooth perfectly. If your family likes the taste of coffee they'll like these, and because the filling is mascarpone based, that's kind of healthy? Right?
