Weekly meal plan: Beef, Asparagus & Carrot Rolls at We Are Not Martha These Beef, carrot and asparagus rolls at We Are Not Martha look to me like they come from a fancy sit-down restaurant that I wouldn't dare try to take my four kids to, but the recipe calls for simple, semi-homemade ingredients and takes just 30 minutes from start to finish. Go ahead and invite your in-laws over; this is a dinner that will impress. Weekly meal plan: BBQ Baked Chicken at Foodess Mmm, these sticky-sweet pieces of BBQ baked chicken at Foodess look absolutely delicious. Since my kids are so much more willing to eat food that's tiny, I'd use chicken wings with this recipe. Serve it up with some fresh green veggies you can dip into some ranch dressing, and you've got an easy dinner done. Weekly meal plan: Air-fryer Fish & Chips at Food, Faith, Fitness I don't have an air fryer yet, but they're all the rage. And this recipe for air-fryer fish & chips at Food, Faith, Fitness may convince me to try one out. Because there's nothing worse than a greasy kitchen that smells like fish. This is a nice, lighter take on fried chicken and mashed potatoes for a spring-like evening. In fact, I think I'd pack it up for dinner on the back porch or at the park.

Weekly meal plan: Vegetarian Mezze at Vegetarian Ventures My kids think it's the coolest thing ever when we prep a grazing dinner for them. They're allowed to pick anything that looks good to them from all the finger foods I set out, as long as they have at least 3 colors on their plate. This vegetarian mezzo spread with cucumber salad & Za'atar eggs at Vegetarian Ventures is a great, fresh starting point -- but I'd probably also pull out a few leftovers to go with it. Weekly meal plan: Margherita Pizza at Mississippi Delta Hospitality Pizza night! Get the kids in the kitchen to help you make these Margherita Pizzas at Mississippi Delta Hospitality. Of course, you can add whatever toppings you like, but I think the simplicity of this cheese pizza is pretty perfect. Weekly meal plan: Boozy Irish Cream Cupcakes at Compelled to Cook Sunday is St. Patrick's Day, and you should celebrate with these Boozy Irish Cream cupcakes at Compelled to Cook. Of course, you can leave the Irish Cream out if you prefer. Just be prepared: the chocolate ganache takes up to 24 hours to set, so get started on Saturday for these. (Or swing by the store for some ready-made frosting on Sunday, ha!)
