I'm a huge fan of basically any pie recipe for Thanksgiving, but I admit I'm always looking for options that aren't pumpkin on our buffet. Yes, it's tradition and there are lots of ways to change up pumpkin pie and make it more creative -- but I also know it's not everyone's favorite. Plus, more pie is never a bad thing. So, I've put together five incredibly delicious and easy Thanksgiving pie recipes that will seriously impress the whole family. Even that hard-to-please relative you're hosting (you know the one). No-Bake Cranberry White Chocolate Pie

I'm a firm believer cranberries shouldn't be limited to the canned jelly stuff that's served as a side dish. And this Cranberry White Chocolate Pie at Phenomenal Phoods is an excellent way to get more cranberry on your plate. Best of all, it's a no-bake recipe. Whoo!

Chocolate Ganache Pie with Salted Caramel

Wow, doesn't this Chocolate Ganache Tart with Salted Caramel at Went There 8 This look incredible? You won't believe how easy it is too. Hint: you're going to need a microwave for the filling on this one. I suggest making it a day or two ahead of Thanksgiving, because it will have to cool for a while before serving.

Easy Honey Pear Tart

I've found some insanely gorgeous pear tart recipes over the years, but when I start reading them, I realize I'd need a degree from the Culinary Institute of America and a team of sous chefs to have any luck pulling them off. But when I saw this Easy Honey Pear Tart at Sally's Baking Addiction --  a favorite recipe source for me -- I knew this would be the one to try. It doesn't require a tart pan (whoo!) and the recipe calls for puff pastry sheets for the crust. The hardest part will just be cutting the pears evenly but I can handle that. Or, more likely, my mandolin can.

Chocolate Bourbon Pecan Pie

Chocolate? Yes please. Pecans? Obviously. Bourbon? Umm, alright! This Chocolate Bourbon Pecan Pie at Well Seasoned Studio has a tasty mix of flavors, and all you really have to do is mix the ingredients together in a bowl and pour it in the pie crust to bake. You can even freeze it for a few days ahead of time, saving you some time on Thanksgiving day.

Classic Apple Pie

Our Thanksgiving spread isn't complete without my mom's apple pie, and I love this recipe for Classic Apple Pie at Natasha's Kitchen, which mirrors the Thanksgiving pie recipe of my childhood. She gives a great rundown of how different types of apples will turn out in the pie, as well as some great tips for getting that pie crust perfect.
