Weekly meal plan: Quiche Lorraine at Life, Love, and Good FoodFriday: Quiche Lorraine from Life, Love and Good Food

Everyone loves breakfast for dinner and this week, instead of pancakes or waffles, I plan on making a slightly more sophisticated Quiche Lorraine. This recipe from Life, Love and Good Food can be prepped ahead of time (yay for make-ahead recipes!) whenever I find a little time during my week; then keep in the refrigerator until you're ready to bake. Serve it with a nice green salad, until sliced cantaloupe is back in season. Because that's my kids' favorite.
