The weather is gorgeous outside here, which means my kids are respectively jumping in puddles, cutting the grass, and going for hikes on muddy trails โ€” all in the shoes theyโ€™ve been wearing all winter. Which means: itโ€™s time for some new shoes while we retire last seasonsโ€™s shoes to the โ€œwear outside when youโ€™re going to get messyโ€ pile.

When I shop at Converse, I know itโ€™s one place all my kids will be happy, from my elementary school child to my college kid. For the older kids, weโ€™re going classic All Star Canvas High Tops. Iโ€™m kinda obsessed with the Mineral Brew Grey color for spring.

For my high schooler, these customized Run Star Trainers (also at top) are so funโ€”you get to personally choose every color or pattern on the shoe. And hey, if your kiddo likes to switch to sneakers for their after-prom parties, these are a perfect way to match to their dress. How fun!

For your littlest kids, Converse has a whole range of easy-on shoes that donโ€™t require tying laces quite yet. I love this classic black-and-white combo, but this style also comes in a lovely lilac for spring.

One final mom pro-tip for you here: my youngest loved the classic low-top Converse style but isnโ€™t able to tie laces yet, so we ordered a pair of elastic no-tie shoe laces to use in her shoes and they slip on like a dream!
