If I fall on my sword for one thing every year, it’s that retailers need to provide us with more appropriately modest two-piece swimsuits for our daughters. Last year was a tough year, with triangle bikini tops making the rounds. This year looks more promising!

I hit some of our favorite go-to sites for a few recos for those of you mamas with similar girls’ bikini guidelines to mine: non-hoochie, no string bikinis, no provocative statements, no plunging necklines, limited sparkles and sequins, no teeny triangle tops meant to maximize cleavage. I mean, do little girls really need ruching at the boobs? Don’t answer that.
