Cool trend alert: We found Dragon Gloves at the Etsy shop The Scale Maiden, and they're so cool.

From the new kids’ movie Pete’s Dragon to Game of Thrones, dragons are getting a good rep these days. Our kids are even talking about being dragons or dragon trainers for Halloween, so when we saw that these dark, edgy dragon gloves at The Scale Maiden were trending on Etsy, we knew we had to share them.

Because chances are, someone in your house is obsessed with dragons too.

Of course, it’s not just dragons we love supporting, but small businesses too, so I was really excited to find these in an Etsy shop. Each pair is hand-knit in Ireland and covered with shiny, dark, plastic scales to give the most fierce dragon effect ever. But if you’re more into friendly than fierce, you can even convo her for a custom pair with the color of your choice.

I’m thinking a pair of rainbow dragon gloves might need to be on their way to my daughter right now.

You can find dragon gloves at The Scale Maiden’s Etsy shop. Although this particular pair has sold, you can order a custom pair by starting a conversation with her. Be sure to mention whether you’re ordering for your kids or yourself in terms of sizing, and plan on shipping time from Ireland, especially if you want them for Halloween.
