We bet you know a pint-sized superhero or two. You might even have one battling baddies in your living room at this very moment. So maybe it’s time for some new superhero threads for your fave good guys (and good girls).

One of our favorite indie imaginative play companies, Pip and Bean, has been turning out handmade kid capes on Etsy since 2009. This holiday season, this mom-and-pop shop are offering an awesome promotion that will not only have your little superheroes rockin’ their very own capes, but will also help them put smiles on the faces of other kids who are in major need of a pick-me-up.

{Keep reading for details on this superheroic promotion…and order by Saturday!}

Pip and Bean’s Buy 1 Give 1 is an exclusive collection that lets you customize a unique cape design for a special kid in your life…and a special kid in someone else’s life. For every personalized order received, Pip and Bean will donate an additional cape to a sick child at a children’s hospital.

We couldn’t love this idea more. After all, a cape is one powerful symbol, sure to remind any child how special they are and how strong they can be. So don’t miss this chance to make a few kids feel like real superheroes, when they need it most. –Stephanie M
This Saturday is the custom order deadline for the Buy 1 Get 1 holiday promotion, so get your orders in to the Pip and Bean Etsy shop ASAP.
