Every year on St. Patrick’s Day, I scour my closet for something–anything–green, and end up with the same sad sweater. Though this year, with emerald green a Pantone Color of Spring 2013, I’m seeing lots of gorgeous wearables that I can recommend all year long–not just on March 17. –Christina
