How to make snow ice cream

Snow ice cream recipe: The kind of snow that's safe to eat, kids!

We're getting pounded with snow over here in Philly, and I know the same goes for my friends in New York, Boston, and pretty much all over the northeast. So, when you've got a snow day, why not make snow ice cream? It's super easy (yes, your kids can do it on their own), and it only involves four ingredients, one of which, if you're like me, you've got a ton of right in your backyard. And if you need more snow day activities, even snow day activities kids can do in the kitchen, we've got those too. Stay warm, mamas!
