When I first heard about the Pantone color of the year being coral, I was uh…not thrilled. Unlike Caroline who can totally wear coral and look gorgeous, I’m a winter (remember that?) and orangey-pinky-brown colors are not generally the best for me.

That said, coral is a fun, pop-y color that has just a bit of Miami Beach circa 1950 to pique my mid-century loving self, and it certainly brightens up the rest of winter while transitioning beautifully to spring and summer. So check out these fun, on-trend coral earrings, which are a great way to get in on 2019’s hot color without spending a fortune or changing up your entire wardrobe.

Serefina Coral Crystal Statement Earrings

Oh my gosh, I am totally gaga for these drop earrings featuring clusters of cascading crystals. (That alliteration totally wasn’t intentional, by the way). Don’t save them just for special occasions — they’d look awesome with jeans. The color looks a wee bit brighter in the photo than  the Pantone Coral color so it might be cheating, just a bit, but so what.  ($58, Nordstrom)
