Though I have not yet packed up my kids for overnight camp, I imagine that writing home will be the last thing on their minds. Too bad, since hearing from my kids will be the only thing on my mind.
A little bit cheeky, the trio of Happy Camper cards from Oh My Word makes sure they scribble a bit more than “hi mom, doing fine” onto a postcard. Though you can bet I’ll cringe when I get the “Things I’m not doing at camp because you aren’t here to make me” card. My guess is “brush teeth, make bed, and wash hair.” Sigh. And ew.
At least all three cards are signed “I love you.” That’s all I’m really looking for anyway.-Christina
